Vero useful and easy to use

Fast and fluid streaming

I would have expected a seamless streaming app without any other software to be installed on other computers...

Huge ads on the bottom make videos not worth watching.

Ive been using VLC stream for half a year. Its very easy to use, stream videos very fast, and simple interface. Overall, stream video quality is fairly good, very little lag unless youre streaming high resolution video with explosion all the time. You can also add video through your phone, which is very convenience for computer set up on second floor.

This app is absolute trash, no where near as good as the official VLC app. It requires processing of all. Ideas before it will let you watch them which takes a long time and worst of all, many are converted into very low quality files, even when quality settings are on high. VLC official app does not require conversion, it just streams files. Unfortunately there is a bug in the streaming feature so I was forced to download this trash until they fix it, but omg this app is HORRIBLE. iPhone 6s Plus

Very handy for classes since I can take Vids for laptop to study, notate. Then review on phone/pad during crunch time. Thanks!

I was using an app that you had to manually add the videos, this app you can just pull them off of the computer or device as you please. I think this is the only app I bought the full version of because I plan on using it a lot... I mean a lot! In bed with the iPad and dont have to get up to add another movie ever agin!

This app is not self contained. It plays through your computer. I dont leave my computer on. Its a waste of time.

I like the idea behind this app but it doesnt work properly... I cant just watch movies anytime, takes me hours to even see my computer on the app, its just scanning for ever i was planning on getting the full version bit not anymore unless things changes...

This app does NOT Allow you to turn off the "anonymous usage statistics", it has a setting for it, but if you try to turn it off, when you kill and reopen the app, it turns right back on :/ Garbage app!

Worked once, then it just sat spinning while looking for available drives and then "cant connect" Crappy....

Scanned my network for 20 minutes, no success finding my media server, needs you to register your email to unlock and work.. A fishing app ;-(

It keeps scanning forever. Waste of time. Dont bother.

Works fine on iPhone or iPad, but cannot stream to Apple TV. Must buy Pro version for that.

Playback can be buggy or cut out for no reason. The main detractor however, is the near daily updates that the version on my PC requires.

I have really enjoy this app since the day i downloaded I can stream all my videos family,music, all kind. But when I play a video every time it stop it takes me back where all the videos are and if you guys could add a feature where it will just play the next video or a shuffle button because when your on a trip you have to stop and look thought the video especially the one you want see.I have so many videos I cant be doing that since Im always driving I would really appreciate if you guys will add that feature that will truly make this app 5 + star.

I wanted to use this to download movies onto my iPhone 6 and watch on the train. Will not work. Very complex. Not user friendly. Very slow. Crashed my iTunes when I tried to eject. Worried it might damage the phone. Promptly deleting before it causes damage.
