We went with the free version first. A very easy installation, seamless, it takes a couple of steps. If you want to connect the line out you have to buy the "full" version. A great app works with our torrent files

It does exactly what its supposed to, _very_ easy to set up and offers plenty of quality/bitrate options. Imo, this is the best and most affordable option for easy streaming of your entire digital library...cant wait to watch films via projector in my backyard this summer using VLC Streamer :)

No problems, good app for me!

I install free version ,transfer one movie via itune and try it ,perfect work great so i buy the full version and now IMPOSSIBLE to put movie via itune they force me to use helper and even with its extremely long to transfert movie and really hard to use so can you tell why the full version cannot be easy to use with itune as the free version...

Does everything I need, no sound on mkv files however which is disapointing.

Doesnt work at all. Takes forever to load.

Normally If would check the support forums when I have a problem with an app, but I wouldnt in the case of VLC streamer. Its forum requires that my email address becomes available to other forum users.

Horrible app, cant even see Upnp devices on my network.

Ive an iPhone 5s and an i5 computer. The buffering aspect hangs every 4 minutes. I just gave up.

Just a heads up, this app just removed AC3 support from its video player. It is a less useful app now so do not upgrade if possible.

If really No longer support dolby audio codec, I want my money back.What is this.I bought something and after u make it worst and worst?...??????Give my money back I dont need this sh.....it any more.

Used to work, but stopped working a few weeks back. ipad cant discover my laptop anymore, so now its a useless app I paid for!!!

It the best app !!! No more iTunes ! Just play your favourite movies with a simple click !!!! I am thinking to go pro to copy movies on your iPad and no commercials ! I would appreciate more the price to be 0,99 But a great app !

The good: if you upload your movies inside the app it works most of the time and can read numerous codec. The bad: app keeps crashing (in 99.99% of the time) when select Local Network. It works 2-3 times since i installed it otherwise crash crash crash! I googled it and i dont find any solution.

Watch any movie on my computer from anywhere in the house how great is that app works great
